We’ve designed a self-sustaining boat-like structure with new technologies in wind, sun and water energy. A ferry will go to land every half an hour. The floating community has two main buildings, a field on the 2nd deck and a garden. The glass dome is a restaurant. On the top of the mall, there is a tennis court, soccer field and a playground for children. The mall is connected to the apartment block by a tunnel. There is a fountain in the middle of the small park. In front of the restaurant there is a small terrace. The lower deck is surrounded by a small fence.
