The building, mainly built for working space, should inspire people, just as Mother Nature inspires human beings. Small hills are part of Rotterdams landscape, a city built below sea-level. Hills were not our only inspiration, the Chinese rice terraces have been a source too. From a distance, the building will not be noticable as a building, since we used natural forms. Due to plants on the Building and the trees around it, the building will be insulated well. Cattle will be able to graze on the roofs. Technology: solar panals, SUDS(sustainable urban drainage systems) and drainage systems supplying biogasses.
